My interview on BBC URDU

I spoke to Saqlain Imam of @BBCUrdu for his nightly news and analysis program Serbeen سیربین on evolving situation in ‪#‎Pakistan‬ & ‪#‎Afghanistan‬. My lead comment is right at the beginning and the entire segment starts at mark 20:50. Topics include Taliban talks, Pakistani response to #talibanization, NATO withdrawal and Afghan elections.

Dear sir I just heard your interview on BBC and you are right because in Afghanistan when Taliban brought the Shariya they pressed the Shiya (Hazara) community and they were dealing them very badly thats why in Afghanistan this community is totally against the Taliban Shariya and the same situation will be in Pakistan. Shiya will be against the Taliban as the main target of Taliban in Pakistan is Shiya .....

Tahir, thanks for the comment and I totally agree with you. We need to modernize ourselves with recent developments in science & technology rather than debating as to which sharia' is better
